This month we’ve collaborated with our sister brand, Best Choice to show off the versatile of our Always Save and Best Choice Cake Mix. Our three-ingredient turns that cake mix hiding in your pantry into a new breakfast or dessert item.
INGREDIENTS:
1 box of Always Save Yellow Cake Mix
3 ripe bananas
2 large Best Choice eggs
Optional: Walnuts, Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350F and line the loaf pan with spray.
In a large bowl, smash bananas with a fork. Add cake mix and eggs. Mix all three well. IF you are adding walnuts and chocolate chips, do so now.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 24-35 minutes.
