1 cup butter, softened
½ cup Always Save Sugar
1 cup Always Save Brown Sugar
1 tsp Always Save Imitation Vanilla
2 cups Always Save All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Always Save Baking Soda
1 tsp. Always Save Baking Powder
½ tsp Always Save Salt
1 cup Always Save Quick Oats
2 cups Always sSave Chocolate Chips
½ cup chopped pecans
2 cups Always Save Cinnamon Graham Crackers, crumbled
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and stir until it becomes a soft dough.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, pecans and 1 cup of cinnamon graham cracker crumbs.
Drop teaspoonful’s of dough into remaining graham crackers crumbs and coat well. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 13-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack and store in an airtight container.
Makes approximately 2.5 dozen cookies.
