This go-to pasta salad recipe is always a hit at any party, picnic or get-together. It takes just 30 minutes to whip up and serves 8-10.
16 ounces (half a box) Always Save Elbow Macaroni
1 (10 ounce) container grape tomatoes
6 ounces of summer sausage
6 ounces of cheddar and/or Colby jack cheeses, cubed.
1 medium cucumber
1 cup Always Save Italian Dressing
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to label directions in a large pot.
While pasta is cooking, slice tomatoes in half, cut sausage into ½-inch pieces, cube cheese, and cut cucumber lengthwise in half and then slice ¼-inch thick half-moons.
Once pasta is finished cooking, drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
Add all other ingredients to the pot with pasta and mix well. Place in serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until ready to serve.
