3 Ingredient Banana Cookies

It always happens; our bananas become riper than we’d like. Instead of tossing them, put them to good use by making cookies! In fact, the riper the banana the better! With just three ingredients, these cookies take only 20 minutes or less to make. Clocking in at around 50 calories a cookie, you don’t have to worry about having one or two… or three!

Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oats and mix together. Fold in chocolate chips. Place mixture in tablespoon-sized ball shapes on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool before enjoying!
