Coconut Chocolate Joy

This dessert recipe is printed on the side of our Devil’s Food Cake Mix box. If you are a coconut and chocolate fan, this recipe is for you!
1 package Always Save Devil’s Food cake mix
24 Always Save Large Marshmallows
2/3 cup milk
1 cup Always Save Sugar
1 tsp Always Save Vanilla
14 oz Best Choice Coconut
1 ½ cups Always Save Sugar
½ cup Always Save Margarine
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups Always Save Chocolate Flavored Chips
Bake Devil’s Food Cake Mix according to package directions for 9×13 pan.
While cake is baking, in a 3-quart saucepan, melt marshmallows with 2/3 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Remove from heat and add coconut; mix well and set aside.
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine 1 ½ cups sugar, margarine, and ½ cup milk. Bring to a boil; continue boiling for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips; stir until all chips are melted.
When cake is removed from the oven, pour the coconut mixture over the hot cake and spread evenly over the top.
Pour chocolate mixture over the coconut mixture.
Cool cake before serving.
