Creamy Chicken Cracker Casserole

This casserole is so easy to put together! Want to make a lighter version of it? Swap plain Greek yogurt for sour cream (see directions below). Thanks to Best Choice for teaming up with us again on another great recipe.
3 (5 oz) cans Always Save Chunk Chicken.
1 (10.5 oz) can Always Save Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
2 cups Best Choice frozen spinach, broccoli or other veggie; thawed. (We used spinach in the photos below).
1 stick Always Save Butter, melted.
1 sleeve Always Save Snack Crackers, crushed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 8×8 square baking dish.
In a large bowl mix together soup and sour cream or Greek yogurt until completely combined.
Drain liquid from chicken cans and shred chicken. Fold into soup mixture. Finally add veggies into mixture and stir until combined.
Place mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and casserole is bubbly in the center. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. Top with parsley. Enjoy!
