Easy S’mores Fudge Squares

National Fudge Day is June 16! This fudge recipe is simple to make and adds in the summertime flavor of sweet s’mores. Making up to 64 squares (depending on how big you cut the pieces) this recipe is sure to please a crowd. We bet you can’t eat just one piece.



For the graham crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 9 Always Save Graham Crackers smashed)

½ cup Always Save Butter, melted


For the fudge:

1 package Always Save Chocolate Flavored Chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup Always Save Butter

2 cups Always Save Mini Marshmallows

1 Always Save Graham Cracker, crushed for topping



For crust:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13” pan (shown) or 8×8” pan (depending on how thick you want your fudge) with wax paper. Lightly grease paper.

Place graham crackers in a plastic baggie and crush into small pieces. Pour into a medium-sized bowl and add melted butter; stir together. Press graham mixture evenly into pan to form crust. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Remove crust and let cool while preparing the fudge.


For Fudge:

In a medium-sized saucepan over low-medium heat, stir butter, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Pour fudge mixture on top of graham crust; spread evenly. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly covering the top of the fudge. Gently press down on marshmallows to set into fudge. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate until set before cutting into squares.
