Slow-Cooker Lava Cake
1 package of Always Save Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1-2/3 cups of water
3 large eggs
1/3 cup Always Save Canola Oil
2 cups cold Always Save 2% milk
1 package Always Save Chocolate pudding mix
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a greased slow cooker. In a separate bowl prepare the pudding by whisking milk and pudding for about 2 minutes. Let your pudding stand until soft-set for about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding over the cake batter and sprinkle chocolate chips. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Confirm doneness by inserting a toothpick into the cake portion. Serve warm.
Rocky Road Popsicles
2 1/2 cup Always Save 2% milk
1 package of Always Save chocolate pudding
1/2 cup chopped Always Save Party Peanuts
1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
12 plastic cups and wooden pop sticks
Directions:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-6 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times. Meanwhile, combine peanuts and chocolate chips; divide among plastic cups. Stir marshmallow creme into pudding; spoon into cups. Insert wooden pop sticks; freeze.
