Mexican Bean Dip

Whether you’re celebrating Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo, this dip is a crowd-pleaser! Plus, it’s super easy to make.
1 (16 oz) can Always Save Refried Beans
1 (16 oz) jar Always Save Salsa, divided
1 (16 oz) container Always Save Sour Cream
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
1 pkg Best Choice Ranch Dressing Mix
1 (12 oz) Always Save Taco Blend Shredded Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
8 oz Always Save Diced Tomatoes
¼ cup diced onion
1 can Always Save Ripe Black Olives, sliced
1 bag Always Save Tortilla Chips
In a medium bowl mix refried beans and ¾ cup of salsa until well combined. Spread on the bottom of a serving platter or 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
In another bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing; mix until smooth and well combined. Spread over bean mixture; top with remaining salsa.
Layer with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
