Peanut Butter Pretzel No-Bake Cookies

These are the easiest cookies to make ever! Just one pot and your stovetop will create these delicious salty-sweet desserts. Makes 24 cookies.
2 cups Always Save Mini Twist Pretzels, broken into pieces
1 ½ cups Always Save Old Fashioned Oats
1 ½ cups Always Save Chocolate Flavored Chips
1 cup Always Save Creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup Best Choice Fancy Flaked Coconut, unsweetened
2 tablespoons Clearly Organic Coconut Oil
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir so all ingredients melt together.
Cover a large pan with parchment paper before spooning cookie “dough” onto pan into tablespoon-size balls.
Place pan in freezer for about 20 minutes to firm cookies. Serve and enjoy! Store leftover cookies in the refrigerator to avoid melting.
