It’s pumpkin season! These pumpkin cupcakes are so easy to make and are perfect for your upcoming Halloween celebrations. Recipe makes two dozen regular-sized cupcakes.

Ingredients:
1 box Always Save Yellow Cake Mix
1 can Best Choice Pumpkin
½ cup water
1/3 cup Always Save Vegetable Oil
1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
Always Save Cream Cheese Frosting
Candy corn & pumpkins for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with paper cups.

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pumpkin, water, oil, pumpkin pie spice and eggs with hand mixer or stand mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Crank the speed up to medium and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Be sure to scrape the sides occasional, leaving no large lumps in the batter.

Divide batter into 24 baking cups about 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cupcakes pass the toothpick test. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting and decorating.
