S’mores Bar

August 10 is National S’mores Day. We teamed up with Best Choice to create this recipe to celebrate the day.



2 pouches of Always Save Honey Graham Crackers

¼ cup Always Save Sugar

14 tablespoons of Always Save Salted Butter


Fudge filling:

2 cups of Always Save Chocolate Flavored Chips

1 (14 oz) Best Choice Sweetened Condensed Milk


Marshmallow topping

Best Choice Marshmallow Creme



To make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil. Place the graham crackers and sugar in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture is moistened. Place the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Press the mixture down into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cook.


To make the filling: In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat until the mixture is melted, thick and smooth. Pour over the cooled graham cracker crust. Place in the refrigerator for one hour to allow the filling to firm up. 


For the marshmallow topping: Pour your marshmallow creme over the firmed chocolate mixture. Heat your broiler function on your oven. Broiler your s’mores for 1-3 minutes depending on how you would like your s’mores.
