Summer Strawberry Parfaits

This salty-sweet dessert is so easy to make and requires no oven, so it’s perfect for the summer. Layer on the deliciousness!
14 medium fresh strawberries
1 ½ teaspoons Always Save granulated sugar
1 cup Always Save mini twist pretzels
2 tablespoons Always Save butter
pinch or two of cinnamon
1 cup Always Save sour cream
2 tablespoons Always Save brown sugar
Dice all, but two strawberries. Place diced strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with granulated sugar, stirring to combine. Set aside for about 30 minutes while you prepare the rest of the parfaits.
Place pretzels in a plastic zipper bag and seal shut. Using a rolling pin, crush pretzels. Place crushed pretzels in a small bowl.
Melt butter, then pour it over the pretzels along with the cinnamon . Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream and brown sugar until well combined and all of the lumps are removed.
In your serving glasses, layer sour cream mixture, followed by strawberries, and finally pretzel mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Garnish glass with the two remaining strawberries.
