Sweet Roasted Carrots

These roasted carrots are full of flavor and perfect for Easter! No one will ever know they were once frozen!
Non-stick cooking spray
1 (16-ounce) package frozen crinkly cut carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread carrots on prepared cookie sheet in a single layer.
Whisk together all other ingredients in a small bowl. Pour mixture over carrots and toss gently to coat.
Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes. Serve hot and fresh from the oven.
