TO PAN FRY: Arrange bacon slices in unheated skillet. Cook bacon at 340°F for three minutes on each side. Drain bacon on paper towels before serving.
TO MICROWAVE: Place slices between paper towels in shallow glass dish or paper plate. Microwave on high for 3/4 to 1 minute per slice for up to 6 slices: 1/2 to 3/4 minutes per slice for more.
TO BAKE: Place slices on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake in 400°F oven 12 to 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Turning not necessary.
