1 can of pumpkin
2 cups Always Save Flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of Always Save Salt
2 tsp Always Save Baking Powder
1/4 cup of nut oil of choice
1 tbsp Always Save Honey
1/2 cup Always Save Old Fashioned Oats
Preheat your oven to 360°F.
Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Once mixed, stir in the cranberries until combined.
In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, honey, and nut oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and gently combine to form a dough.
Using your fingers to mix the ingredients works best.
Separate the dough into 6-7 portions and shape it into triangles.
Drop the scones onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the oats on top of each scone.
Bake the scone for about 20 minutes or until they are fragrant and golden.
