Sheet Pan Nachos

Whether you’re celebrating National Nachos Day (November 6) or just need some good grub for game day, this recipe has you covered!

INGREDIENTS:

Always Save Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

Always Save Mexican Shredded Cheese

Always Save Pinto Beans

Always Save Corn

Always Save Diced Tomatoes

Always Save Salsa

Always Save Sour Cream

Additional Topping Options:

Onions

Lettuce

Black Olives

Guacamole

Jalapenos

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lay a piece of parchment paper down on your baking sheet. Layer tortilla chips, then cheese, followed by pinto beans, corn and finally diced tomatoes. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add salsa sour cream and any additional toppings.

You can also add a protein such as cooked ground beef or shredded chicken before baking.
