This classic pasta salad is our go-to for summer get-togethers. It serves a crowd and has bacon, what more could you want?
Directions:
Cook bacon according to package directions. Save the bacon drippings (you’ll want it for the dressing). Crumble bacon into pieces and set aside.
Mix bacon drippings with salad dressing, sugar and garlic salt in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, expect bacon; mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until chilled. Add in bacon before serving and mix lightly. Top with sliced green onion.
