This November is National Peanut Butter Lovers Month. If you love peanut butter, this month is just for you. But at times, a peanut butter sandwich can be a bit repetitive. This protein-packed pantry staple can be enjoyed in multiple ways. Here are a few ways we love to use smoothies.
Smoothie: Peanut butter and chocolate are the ultimate duos. When you mix Greek yogurt and frozen bananas to the mix, well, you can thank us later. Blend 1 cup milk, 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 ripe bananas, and 1/4 cup Always Save creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
Sauce: Add this tasty Peanut Sauce to grilled chicken, stir-fry, or noodles. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Always Save Peanut Butter, 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons Always Save lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon Always Save Honey, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup water (to your desire consistency).
