New Year, New Food

Welcome to the New Year! This is the time of the year when we all start making resolutions. One that is easy and fun to achieve is trying new food! There are so many wonderful recipes to try, and we want to try them all. This idea might be overwhelming for those who aren’t already cooks, but we have your back. We want to ease you into trying new foods and recipes, so let’s get started!

First, we want to put the right things you need in your pantry. To do this, we must start with the basics. When you think of the basics, this must include spices, flour, oats, rice, and a few other baking items. The items we suggest starting with are:

Ground Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Minced Onion
Salt
Corn Starch
All Purpose Flour
Quick Oats
Vanilla Extract
Brown Sugar
Sugar
Chicken Broth
Olive Oil
Vegetable Oil
Long Grain Rice

Next, we need to help you find simple but tasty recipes to try your hand at because what’s the fun of having a stocked pantry if you can’t use it? Our favorite place to get recipes is right here on our What’s New page. We have a small but wonderful collection of recipes for any level of cook! If you need more ideas, we suggest visiting the Best Choice® Recipe page.

Last but not least, once you have your pantry and recipes in line, we want to give you some pizzazz to add on and impress your family and friends. To do this, we are sending you to find Best Choice® Superior Selections® products. They have the perfect small additions for any recipe. From Balsamic Vinegar to Bang Bang Sauce and Garlic Stuffed Olives to Garlic Pepper Grinder, Best Choice® Superior Selections® will help you wow your group.
