A Mug Full of Brownie

Ingredients

4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tbsp Always Save All-Purpose Flour
6 tbsp Always Save Brown Sugar
5 tbsp Always Save Whole Milk
5 tbsp Always Save Salted Butter, melted
1/4 tsp Always Save Imitation Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Always Save Imitation Chocolate Chips

Directions

In a 12 oz microwave-safe mug, add the cocoa powder, flour, and sugar. Stir with a fork.

Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix with a fork until smooth.

Then stir in 3 tbsp of the chocolate chips.

Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess batter off the sides of the mug.

Microwave for 2 minutes 45 seconds on high.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 tbsp of chocolate chips on top of the mug brownie.

Let the brownie stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
