Our warm, comforting Apple Crumble Pie layers sweet Always Save Apple Pie Filling on top of a buttery crust made with crushed Always Save Cinnamon Graham Crackers and golden Always Save Honey. Topped with a sweet crumble and baked until bubbly and fragrant, it delivers the perfect balance of spiced crunch and tender apples in every bite.
Directions
In a food processor, grind graham crackers, brown sugar, and cinnamon until evenly and finely ground.
Melt butter and honey together over low heat.
In a bowl, combine the honey butter and graham flour. Stir until combined.
Pour into a pie or tart pan.
Using a flat-bottomed cup or measuring cup, press the crust into the bottom and sides. Be sure to rotate as you go and press lightly at first to help evenly distribute the crust before pressing it firmly into place. Use your fingers to help get the edges firmly pressed in.
Chill for 1-2 hours before filling.
To make crumb topping, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter in a large bowl.
Press together with your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Place bowl in freezer to chill 15 minutes while you preheat oven to 375°F.
Pour apple pie filling into graham cracker crust and smooth top – do not overfill.
Sprinkle chilled crumb topping evenly over apple filling.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
Let pie cool completely before slicing.
Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
