Our Ice Cream Crunch is the perfect way to finish your weeknight dinner. The contrast of crunchy flakes and cool ice cream creates a tasty blend of texture and flavors. With each spoonful, the stress of the day will melt away, leaving behind an enjoyable evening.

Directions

Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature to soften for 30 minutes or so.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, over medium heat.

Add the crushed corn flakes and sugar to the butter and stir to combine.

Fry corn flake mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cereal is coated, and smells toasted.
*Be careful not to burn. It may take less than 5 minutes*

In a 9×13 pan, spread 1/3 of the corn flakes mixture into the bottom of pan. Set aside for later.

In a large bowl, add the softened vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, and cinnamon. Using a spatula, stir and mix well to combine.

Spread the ice cream mixture over the top of the corn flake mixture in the bottom of the pan.

Spread the remaining corn flake mixture evenly over the ice cream.

Drizzle the honey over the top. Cover pan, and place in freezer.

Freeze ice cream for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Cut into squares and serve with drizzles of chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
