Whether you’re celebrating Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo, this dip is a crowd-pleaser! Plus, it’s super easy to make.
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix refried beans and ¾ cup of salsa until well combined. Spread on the bottom of a serving platter or 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
In another bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing; mix until smooth and well combined. Spread over bean mixture; top with remaining salsa.
Layer with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
