Oatmeal Squares

It’s back-to-school time! If you’re looking for a recipe that makes a perfect breakfast or lunch time snack for your kiddos, we have just the thing. These Oatmeal Squares will keep you and the kids full and satisfied for hours.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 325°F.

Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little hanging over the sides.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, until smooth and well combined.

Add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir to combine. Then transfer the mixture to the baking pan.

Bake for 26-30 minutes or until set at the edges.

Remove the bars from the oven and allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
