Cheddar Sausage Balls

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups Always Save Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 lb Always Save Pork Sausage

2 cups Always Save Cheddar Shredded Cheese

1/2 tsp Always Save Garlic Powder

1 egg

1/2 cup diced red or yellow bell pepper (optional)

1/2 cup minced green onions (optional)

Alway Save Pancake Syrup

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, egg, diced bell pepper, and green onions.

Mix by hand until well combined or use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.

Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot with warm syrup.
