Fun Grilled Cheese with Bacon
Butter one side of two slices of bread
Place one slice of bread and butter side down in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Layer one slice of cheese, two slices of bacon, and another slice of cheese, onto the bread.
Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the second slice of cheese.
Grill both sides of the sandwich until the buttered side of the bread is golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet and allow it to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing.
Slice down the middle and enjoy!
Fancy Grilled Cheese with Apples and Bacon
Butter one side of two slices of bread
Place one slice of bread and butter side down in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Layer one slice of cheese, 5 to 6 apple slices, another slice of cheese, and two slices of bacon onto the bread.
Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the bacon.
Grill both sides of the sandwich until the buttered side of the bread is golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet and allow it to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing.

Famous Grilled Cheese with Pesto, Apples, and Turkey
Butter one side of two slices of bread.
Place one slice of bread and butter side down in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Layer the pesto, one slice of Munster cheese, 5 to 6 apple slices, another slice of Munster cheese, and turkey onto the bread.
Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the turkey.
Grill both sides of the sandwich until the buttered side of the bread is golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet and allow it to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing.
